ABOUT NEIL
Mr. Cane was raised in Spokane, WA where he attended Our Lady of Lourdes primary school
and Gonzaga Prep High School. He graduated from the University of Washington in English
Literature and from the University of North Dakota School of Law. He passed the Bar in 1990
and has been practicing law ever since.
His interests include raising his two children, enjoying them and watching the community grow
around them.
Mr. Cane has served the Clark County area for the past 11 years and is dedicated to handling
his clients' legal needs from inception to resolution.
